Steps to a legally binding Contract

A contract doesn’t just happen. If you want the protection of a legally binding contract, you must follow these four simple steps.

1.
Sign an AFA authorization card

2.
Cast your ballot in the election and vote for AFA

3.
Support your Negotiating Committee and stay informed

4.
Study the tentative agreement and cast your ratification ballot

AFA-CWA Constitution & ByLaws-
Constitution & Bylaws Article 11.A.10 pg. 53

"Members on newly organized carriers without prior Union representation and a collective bargaining agreement shall not be charged dues until after an initial contract is ratified."

If we all work together, we can win a voice in our workplace, and the security of a union contract.
